A GLAMR Studio subscription — software that gives your business an online storefront, a booking system and diary tools. It is billed monthly per team member. It is not a charge on the treatments themselves, and no appointments or in-person services are sold through this subscription.
Building, styling and previewing your profile is free. You only pay when you choose to go live and become discoverable and bookable by customers.
No. No commission is taken by GLAMR. Customers pay a flat £2 booking fee, which is separate from your subscription, and appointment money is paid directly to your own payment account.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Adding a team member adds £9.99 a month. You pay only for the days left in your current billing cycle when you add them, so your regular monthly payment date stays the same; from the next cycle it is the full £9.99. Removing one reduces the next bill. You can cancel at any time from your account and access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
Subscription payments are not refunded once billed — you can cancel at any time and access continues until the end of the month you have paid for. Details are in our Refund Policy.
Subscription payments are processed securely by Stripe and billed by Glamr. Appointment payments are separate — customers pay deposits and the flat £2 booking fee through the studio's own payment provider, and that money goes to the studio.
