Bookings

Your diary: list view, calendar view and what each status means

Read your diary at a glance, switch between list and calendar, and understand pending, confirmed and declined bookings.

List view and calendar view

The Diary tab opens on a list of today's bookings, in time order. Use the date picker to jump to any day — past days show what happened, future days show what's coming.

Switch to the calendar view to see the whole day as a timeline, with each booking as a block in the right team member's column. It's the quickest way to spot gaps, busy patches and who's working when.

What the statuses mean

Pending means a customer has requested the slot and is waiting on you (approval-required mode) — answer it from the Requests tab. Confirmed means the booking is locked in and, for card bookings, paid. Declined and cancelled bookings stay visible so you have a record, but they don't block the slot.

Opening any booking shows the full detail: customer, service, team member, patch-test confirmation where required, and for card-paid bookings the evidence pack for disputes.

Keeping it accurate

Everything that blocks time lives here: online bookings, walk-ins you add yourself, and each team member's working hours and breaks. If it's in the diary, customers can't book over it — so add phone bookings and walk-ins straight away.
