Patch tests: requiring them per service

Flag services that need a patch test, set the notice period, and how customers confirm.

What it does

Any service can be marked as requiring a patch test (tints, lash glue, chemical treatments and so on). When it's on, customers are told at booking time that a patch test is needed before their appointment.

You set the notice period per service — anywhere from 24 hours to 7 days, with 48 hours as the default.

The customer's side

Customers must tick a confirmation that they understand a patch test is required before they can complete the booking. That confirmation is stored with the booking.

Use the notice period to make sure there's enough time between booking and appointment for the test to happen — the system won't let a customer book inside the notice window for a patch-test service.
