Getting started

Getting started: from sign-up to going live

Create your studio, build your profile for free, connect your payment account and go live.

1. Create your account

Sign up with your email address and choose a password. You'll be asked to verify your email before anything goes public — check your inbox (and junk folder) for the verification link.

Your email is your sign-in for the vendor area, so use an address you check regularly. Booking notifications and customer messages go here.

2. Build your profile — free, for as long as you like

Preview mode is completely free and has no time limit. Add your studio name, description, photos, location, services with prices and durations, and your team.

While you're in preview, customers can't find or book you. Use this time to get everything looking right — you can preview exactly what customers will see.

3. Connect your payment account

Before you can take bookings you must connect your own payment account from Settings. This is where customer deposits are paid — the money goes directly to you, never to GLAMR.

You'll be guided through a short set-up (business details and bank account). It usually takes a few minutes, and you can come back to it later if you need to find documents.

You can't go live without this step — it protects you and your customers, because every paid booking has a real, verified destination.

4. Go live

When your profile is ready, head to the go-live page and start your subscription: £14.99 a month for your studio and first team member, plus £9.99 for each extra team member.

The moment payment succeeds your studio is live: searchable, bookable, and open for reviews.

There's no contract — you can cancel at any time from your account and nothing renews after the month you've paid for.

If you joined on the launch offer, your first month is free: cancel any time before month two and you won't be charged. Your studio stays live until the free month ends.
