Customer discounts: sending money off to your customers
Send a percentage-off code to one customer or your whole list from the Customers tab — and how they redeem it.
Where discounts live
The Customers tab lists everyone who has booked with you, with their visit count and spend. From there you can send a discount to one person, or to your whole list at once.
You choose the percentage (5% to 100%), how long it's valid for, and how many times it can be used. You can add a short note — "thanks for your loyalty" or "we miss you" — which the customer sees with the offer.
How the customer redeems it
The discount is tied to the customer's email address, so it works whichever device they book on. When they next book with you and pay, the discount is checked and applied automatically at checkout — no code to type, nothing for you to do.
Walk-ins and manual bookings don't have a customer account attached, so discounts only apply to online bookings.
What it costs
The discount comes off the price the customer pays you — it's your promotion, funded by you, like running an offer in your own shop. GLAMR's £2 booking fee is unchanged.
Use it to fill quiet weeks, win back customers who haven't visited in a while, or reward your regulars.
